- • Collaborate closely with engineers, product designers, and product teams to perform experiments and test new ideas for business planning features.
- • Build performant, design-centric, reusable, and usable interfaces that solve complex needs including customisation options, multidimensional data visualizations (graphs, charts), and intuitive components to enhance platform experience.
- • Drive user-defined data modeling and performance by enabling customization through reusable building blocks such as models, variables, and formulas.
- • Take operational responsibility for frontend components you develop, ensuring reliability, scalability, and observability in production.
- • Work with product and operations teams to incorporate customer feedback and continuously improve the product based on real-world usage.
- • Develop applications using TypeScript, React, Redux, and SCSS/CSS-in-JS to deliver high-quality frontend experiences.
- • Apply strong knowledge of JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6 standards to solve complex product problems with optimized data structures and best practices.
- • Maintain a product mindset by focusing on user needs, usability, and business impact in every technical decision.
- • Participate in an agile/Scrum environment with a data-driven approach to prioritization and iteration.
- • Leverage Jest and Playwright for testing frontend functionality and ensuring robust user flows.
- • Contribute to shaping the engineering culture and technical design decisions within a fast-growing, global team.
- • Engage in hack time to explore new technologies, acquire new skills, and tackle challenging projects outside core responsibilities.
- • Ensure optimal performance through observability practices when building and operating frontend systems.
- • Translate complex financial planning requirements into intuitive, responsive, and scalable user interfaces.
- • Work in a cross-functional environment with global teams across New York, Toronto, and Barcelona.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6
