- • Lead the development of major software components, systems, and features for Q4’s AI-driven IR Ops Platform as a Senior Full Stack Engineer on a 6-month contract
- • Collaborate with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain Q4 software applications using established development standards
- • Write and maintain high-quality codebases across both front-end and back-end layers of the platform
- • Develop and unit test applications in alignment with Q4’s software development lifecycle and quality benchmarks
- • Contribute to the full lifecycle of new and existing features, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance
- • Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and team leads to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
- • Attend and actively contribute to company development meetings, providing technical input and feedback
- • Work closely with QA engineers to produce high-quality code and implement automated testing as required
- • Assist in the creation and refinement of user stories and provide accurate effort estimates for development tasks
- • Ensure all software developed is thoroughly documented to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
- • Mentor and coach junior developers to elevate the overall technical output and code quality of the development team
- • Apply proven software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum to plan and execute technical work
- • Perform technical planning and implementation-level software design for complex features and systems
- • Capture, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions using established process improvement approaches
- • Operate autonomously with minimal supervision, prioritizing multiple tasks effectively and meeting deadlines consistently
- • Remain technically current and apply expertise in modern web technologies to solve real-world engineering challenges
- • Undertake any other reasonable tasks assigned by senior management to support team and product goals
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of Software Development experience
- • 2+ years of experience as an Intermediate Fullstack Developer working with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
- • Proven track record of developing both front-end and back-end applications
- • Experience in Agile and Scrum software development methodologies
- • Experience in technical planning and implementation-level software design
- • Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques, and process improvement approaches
