📋 Description
- • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and backend services for a fast-growing European fintech company serving millions of users.
- • Build customer-facing features that enhance user experience and drive product adoption across multiple markets.
- • Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and internal tools that support core financial operations and business workflows.
- • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions on a fast-paced timeline.
- • Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and observability of systems processing high volumes of transactions and customer interactions daily.
- • Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape long-term technical strategy for critical financial products.
- • Own projects end-to-end—from concept and design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
- • Help define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and development processes across the team.
- • Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers where appropriate.
- • Work in a fully remote environment across EMEA with significant autonomy and direct influence on technical decisions.
- • Engage with a highly skilled, international engineering team focused on operational excellence and scalable technology.
- • Contribute to systems that handle sensitive financial data and operate within regulated environments.
- • Balance technical excellence with business impact by applying a product mindset to engineering decisions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Backend-leaning Full Stack Engineer
- • Excellent software engineering fundamentals and system design skills
- • Strong experience building scalable web applications and distributed systems
- • Expertise with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React
- • Experience designing and building APIs and backend services
- • Strong understanding of databases, caching, messaging systems, and cloud infrastructure
