📋 Description

• Senior Full Stack Software Developer role at Judi Health, part of Capital Rx, focused on transforming pharmacy benefits and healthcare navigation through innovative technology solutions.
• Lead design and implementation of user-facing features and backend services, building responsive, accessible UIs with React/TypeScript/Next.js and implementing reliable Python APIs (FastAPI/Flask with SQL).
• Collaborate with product and design teams to refine requirements, define clear API contracts, and elevate standards in testing, CI/CD, performance, and security (OAuth 2.0/OIDC).
• Own quality through automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright), thorough code reviews, documentation, and mentorship of teammates.
• Improve build and release pipelines (Vite/Webpack, GitHub Actions), support AWS deployments, monitor production issues, and drive reliability and performance improvements.
• Contribute to technical planning, estimation, and decision-making while working on Judi®, the industry’s leading Enterprise Health Platform (EHP), which consolidates claim administration workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building fullstack web applications, including leading features or projects.
• Strong expertise with React (React Router/Next.js), rendering strategies (CSR/SSR/SSG), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid backend experience with Python (FastAPI/Flask), REST API design, and SQL/schema design.
• Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright; CI/CD with GitHub Actions; familiarity with AWS.
• Understanding of web security and authentication (OAuth 2.0/OIDC) and secure coding practices.
• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across product, design, and engineering teams.
