- • Senior Full Stack Web Developer role focused on designing, building, and maintaining scalable enterprise-grade web applications using React, Node.js, PHP, and SAP BTP, contributing to Watts’ mission of providing safe, clean water and sustainable solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing responsive UIs with React and TypeScript, building back-end services with Node.js and PHP, integrating SAP BTP Workflows and APIs, optimizing SQL data models, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring junior developers, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

- • The role offers opportunities to lead technical decisions across full-stack architecture, deepen expertise in SAP BTP integration, mentor team members, and drive impact on enterprise applications that support critical water infrastructure and sustainability goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- • 7+ years of professional software development experience
- • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- • Extensive hands‑on experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component architecture
- • Experience designing and maintaining reusable, scalable front‑end components
- • Strong back‑end development experience with Node.js
- • Professional experience developing and maintaining PHP applications
- • Strong SQL skills, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
- • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
- • Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP, including SAP BTP Workflows
- • Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- • Solid understanding of web security, authentication, and authorization best practices
- • Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills
