• • Your primary responsibility will be the development of innovative and captivating game mathematics and mechanics. This involves working hand-in-hand with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement the core mathematical frameworks that define our player experience. You will be instrumental in fine-tuning these elements to achieve the optimal balance between player engagement, entertainment value, and business goals, transforming initial concepts into polished, market-ready products.
• • A crucial aspect of this role involves rigorous simulation of game mathematics. You will conduct extensive testing to understand how proposed mechanics perform against desired outcomes, benchmark them against existing titles in our portfolio, and identify areas for improvement.
