• • Senior Global Director of Country Operations at GiveDirectly Inc., a remote leadership role responsible for strengthening and scaling operations across all country offices to support the organization’s mission of delivering cash transfers directly to people in extreme poverty.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and implementing scalable operating models across HR, finance, procurement, compliance, IT, security, and risk; coordinating between program teams and central functions; overseeing financial management across country offices managing $350M+ annually; leading country expansions and transitions; strengthening systems through automation and continuous improvement; and serving as the operational bridge between country leadership and global teams.
• • GiveDirectly is a globally recognized nonprofit that has delivered cash to over 2 million people across 15 countries since 2011, with a team of ~150 headquarters staff and ~650 country operations staff spanning 21 countries and 69 languages. The organization is known for its data-driven approach, radical transparency, and commitment to centering the people it serves in decision-making.
