- • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for complex, senior-level, and niche non-technical roles spanning Marketing, Creative, Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and Legal across all of BJAK’s global offices (Malaysia, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong). You will act as the single point of accountability—from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding—ensuring every hire is a force-multiplier for our mission.
- • Architect and execute advanced, multi-channel sourcing strategies that go far beyond LinkedIn Recruiter. You will map markets, mine professional networks, run targeted Boolean searches, leverage talent communities, and design creative outreach campaigns that convert passive, high-caliber candidates in fiercely competitive geographies.
- • Serve as a trusted Talent Advisor to C-suite executives, VPs, and senior hiring managers. Translate business objectives into precise talent specifications, provide real-time market intelligence on compensation, availability, and competitor moves, and recommend org-design tweaks that accelerate growth without adding head-count bloat.
- • Standardize, document, and continuously optimize global recruiting workflows to guarantee speed, fairness, and full compliance with local labor laws, data-privacy regulations, and DEI standards. You will build playbooks, train local stakeholders, and audit processes to ensure every candidate—regardless of region—receives a consistent, world-class experience.
- • Own the data. Define, track, and analyze key recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer-acceptance rate, diversity funnel metrics). Build executive-level dashboards, surface actionable insights, and iterate on strategies in real time to hit aggressive quarterly hiring goals.
- • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at every step. Partner with ERGs and DEI councils to craft inclusive job descriptions, mitigate bias in assessments, and build diverse slates that reflect the communities we serve across Southeast Asia and beyond.
- • Elevate BJAK’s employer brand on the global stage. Represent the company at industry events, manage targeted ad campaigns, and co-create content that showcases our culture, technologies, and social impact—turning every candidate interaction into a brand-building moment.
- • Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators, instilling best-in-class techniques and a high-performance mindset. Your leadership will scale our talent function far beyond your individual requisitions.
