• • Own the visual heartbeat of Hostinger’s global marketing engine. You will translate complex web-hosting, website-builder, and e-commerce features into thumb-stopping, conversion-driving campaigns seen by millions across 150 countries.
• • Analyze every brief like a strategist: dissect the audience, the channel, and the product promise, then craft visuals that turn technical specs into emotional “aha” moments for entrepreneurs, bloggers, and small-business owners.
• • Design end-to-end campaign assets—YouTube bumpers, Meta carousels, blog hero images, email headers, landing-page modules, and out-of-home mock-ups—ensuring each touchpoint feels unmistakably Hostinger while flexing to local market nuances.
• • Partner daily with copywriters, motion designers, and paid-media specialists in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment. You will pitch concepts in morning stand-ups, iterate at lunch, and ship A/B variants before close of play.
• • Champion data-driven creativity. You will launch variants, read performance dashboards, and refine designs until CTR, CPL, and ROAS sing in harmony—then package the learnings into playbooks the whole team can reuse.
• • Elevate the brand system. Audit existing templates, propose new visual patterns, and expand our design language so every asset—old or new—feels cohesive on day one and fresh on day one-hundred.
• • Harness generative AI as a creative co-pilot. Midjourney mood boards, Firefly photo fills, and custom GPT prompts will accelerate your workflow, letting you spend more time on big ideas and less on repetitive pixel-pushing.
• • Mentor a squad of junior and mid-level designers. Run weekly design critiques, pair on Figma files, and turn “good” into “great” through candid, constructive feedback that levels up the entire studio.
• • Collaborate with product marketers and country managers from Brazil to India, ensuring visuals resonate culturally while staying on-brand. Your calendar will include quick Slack huddles, async Loom walkthroughs, and occasional sprint workshops in Vilnius or Kaunas.
• • Present to stakeholders at all altitudes—from CMO to intern—translating design rationale into business impact. You will defend whitespace choices with the same conviction you defend conversion goals.
• • Stay ahead of design and martech trends. Whether it’s TikTok’s newest ad format or Figma’s latest variables feature, you will experiment, document, and teach the team so Hostinger stays two steps ahead of the curve.
