  • • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through Almedia’s rewarded marketing ecosystem to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • • Lead end-to-end campaign setups, including tracking implementation, KPI definition, and ongoing performance analysis to ensure consistent delivery of client goals.
  • • Conduct proactive competitive analysis and deliver actionable industry insights to clients, positioning their campaigns ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
  • • Identify and mitigate risks to campaign performance using data-driven diagnostics, collaborating closely with BI, Fraud, and User Acquisition teams to resolve issues in real time.
  • • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts, increasing ad spend and broadening campaign scope based on performance data.
  • • Build and maintain deep, trust-based client relationships through consistent communication, transparent reporting, and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • • Translate complex technical and performance data into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • • Actively contribute to the evolution of Almedia’s Customer Success team by sharing scalable processes, feedback, and ideas as the function scales across regions.
  • • Monitor emerging trends in digital advertising, app marketing, and rewarded engagement models to anticipate client needs and align Almedia’s offerings with market demand.
  • • Work in-person five days per week in the New York office to foster a high-energy, collaborative environment and maintain momentum across client and internal initiatives.
  • • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence product roadmap priorities based on real-world usage and campaign outcomes.
  • • Own client retention and satisfaction metrics, ensuring high NPS and long-term account health through proactive engagement and value delivery.
  • • Utilize analytics platforms and campaign dashboards to extract insights, generate reports, and recommend data-backed optimizations for improved user acquisition and retention.
  • • Navigate complex technical integrations with third-party platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate attribution for client campaigns.
  • • Balance multiple high-priority client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing efforts based on potential impact, revenue opportunity, and strategic alignment.
  • • Champion Almedia’s mission to reward user engagement while helping global brands acquire high-intent users through an innovative, performance-driven model.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in client success, account management, or business development within digital advertising, app marketing, or gaming industries
  • • Demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools to drive campaign optimization and inform client strategy
  • • Strong communication skills with a track record of building trusted relationships with enterprise clients
  • • Experience troubleshooting technical integrations related to ad tracking, attribution, or SDK implementations
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with a growth mindset
  • • Comfort working in-person five days per week in a New York City office
