- • As a Senior Growth Manager at Almedia Inc., you will serve as a foundational driver of global expansion, owning the full lifecycle of partnerships with top-tier mobile game publishers and directly impacting the company’s revenue trajectory in a high-intensity, ownership-driven culture.
- • You will source leads, pitch Almedia’s value proposition, negotiate contracts, and manage post-onboarding growth to maximize revenue, acting as the primary engine for market expansion and strategic portfolio development.
- • You will build and refine go-to-market (GTM) playbooks, translate partner feedback into product insights, and collaborate closely with R&D and leadership to ensure Almedia’s solutions remain competitive and scalable.
- • You will analyze performance data—including ROAS, LTV, and retention—to identify upselling opportunities, optimize partner monetization, and drive net revenue retention across your portfolio.
- • You will operate in a silo-free environment where Total Ownership is expected, meaning you are accountable for both strategic vision and tactical execution, from cold outreach to long-term partnership success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in AdTech or Gaming, with proven success in both closing new business and managing long-term, complex partner relationships.
- • Demonstrated ability to penetrate 'closed doors' through creative outreach and persistent follow-ups, thriving in high-volume, high-rejection sales cycles.
- • Strong data fluency with comfort discussing ROAS, LTV, and Retention to advise partners on monetization and spend optimization.
- • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required for effective communication with global partners and internal teams.
- • Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including MMPs, attribution, SDKs, and how various monetization models affect developer profitability.
- • Proactive, resilient mindset: a problem-solver who anticipates blockers, takes initiative without waiting for permission, and keeps deals moving forward.
