- • This is a pivotal role designed for an individual who thrives on translating strategic vision into tangible, scalable results. You will be instrumental in owning and executing growth initiatives across critical channels, with a direct accountability for key performance indicators such as sign-ups, user activation, overall funnel conversion rates, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency. This is an execution-first position, demanding a proactive approach to shipping, testing, learning, and scaling growth experiments. You will be responsible for driving growth initiatives hands-on, optimizing underperforming channels, and establishing repeatable, predictable patterns that deliver consistent results, moving beyond one-off successes.
- • As a Senior Growth Marketer, your core responsibilities will encompass owning growth campaigns from inception to completion. This includes meticulous planning, seamless launch execution, continuous optimization, and strategic scaling. You will manage multiple concurrent experiments across both acquisition and activation initiatives, ensuring a robust and agile testing framework. A significant part of your role will involve hands-on management of paid and performance marketing channels, including precise targeting, budget allocation, and creative testing to maximize ROI.
- • You will be tasked with diagnosing and dissecting funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven enhancements to boost sign-ups, activation rates, and overall conversion. Building and maintaining a rapid experimentation cadence is crucial, characterized by clear hypotheses, well-defined success metrics, and rigorous analysis of outcomes. A key objective will be to systematically reduce CAC through ongoing testing and optimization of channels and creatives.
- • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in identifying and codifying repeatable growth patterns that can be operationalized and scaled across the organization, contributing to sustainable and predictable growth. You will be expected to report results with clarity and honesty, focusing on actionable insights, key learnings, and concrete next steps. Close collaboration with our Product, Engineering, and Creative teams will be essential to ensure the swift and effective implementation of growth improvements.
- • We are looking for a seasoned growth marketer or a dedicated growth operator with a pronounced bias towards execution. You should possess hands-on experience in managing performance marketing channels and a proven track record of implementing and managing a structured testing cadence. A strong understanding of the entire user funnel, connecting channel performance to activation, conversion, Lifetime Value (LTV), and CAC, is paramount. While data-driven, you must also be pragmatic, capable of moving swiftly even with incomplete information. Your ability to uncover repeatable growth patterns that enhance efficiency, not just volume, will be highly valued. You should be comfortable running multiple experiments concurrently while adeptly prioritizing those with the highest potential impact. A low-ego, collaborative approach is essential, fostering cross-functional velocity and team synergy.
