- • Serve as the central, region-agnostic capital allocator for the Growth organization, determining optimal allocation of time, budget, and effort across acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives globally.
- • Collaborate directly with Growth leadership to define, refine, and optimize performance targets for all regions and marketing channels, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth objectives.
- • Own and lead the end-to-end forecasting and planning processes for Growth, including the development of regional and central team targets, assumptions, and trade-off frameworks.
- • Operate the core operating cadence for the Growth team, managing business inputs, scenario modeling, and planning logic built atop the Data team’s forecasting models.
- • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that drive cross-regional and cross-channel allocation decisions to maximize incremental growth and capital efficiency.
- • Partner with the Finance team to ensure all growth initiatives operate within established financial guardrails and budgetary constraints.
- • Pressure test assumptions behind growth strategies, challenge conventional thinking, and identify high-impact opportunities for investment that others may overlook.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to Growth leads by providing data-driven recommendations on where to allocate the next dollar and the next hour for maximum ROI.
- • Maintain rigorous attention to detail in planning documents, financial models, and performance dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency across all growth initiatives.
- • Foster alignment between regional growth teams and central functions by clarifying priorities, resolving conflicting objectives, and communicating strategic rationale transparently.
- • Ensure all growth planning processes are scalable, repeatable, and adaptable to evolving market conditions and new regional launches.
- • Communicate complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and compelling formats tailored to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Embrace a hands-on approach to problem-solving, willing to dive into data, processes, and operational details to uncover root causes and drive improvements.
- • Cultivate a collaborative, authentic, and psychologically safe team environment that values diversity, inclusion, and equity across global teams.

- • Proven experience in growth strategy, operations, or financial planning within a high-growth tech or travel-tech company
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling processes
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in translating data into strategic trade-off decisions
- • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Data, and regional growth teams
- • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex insights for executive audiences
- • Self-disciplined, autonomous worker comfortable in a remote-first, globally distributed environment
