- • This pivotal role is central to scaling our world-class Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement function. You will be instrumental in empowering our most technical, customer-facing teams, including Pre-Sales Engineers (PSEs), Solutions Engineers (SEs), and Migrations Engineers (MEs), ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to excel.
- • As a senior, advanced individual contributor, you will leverage your deep technical credibility and proven enablement expertise to own the entire enablement lifecycle for these critical roles. This encompasses onboarding, accelerating ramp-up time, and providing continuous skill development across the full customer journey – from initial pre-sale technical discovery through complex implementation and migration phases, culminating in successful launch.
- • You will operate as a strategic advisor and partner to leaders across GTM, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success. Your primary objective will be to translate overarching business priorities into robust, scalable enablement programs. These programs will be designed to significantly improve time-to-launch for new initiatives, mitigate project risks, and foster unwavering customer confidence in our solutions and processes.
- • Success in this role hinges on a strong systems-thinking approach, exceptional executive-level facilitation capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of best practices without direct authority.
- • **Key Responsibilities include:**
- • **Technical Enablement Strategy & Ownership:** Take full ownership of the end-to-end enablement strategy specifically tailored for PSE, SE, and ME teams. This includes designing and managing comprehensive onboarding programs, accelerating ramp-up curves, establishing clear certification pathways, and fostering ongoing skill enhancement across pre-sale, implementation, and migration activities.
- • **Advanced Training & Facilitation:** Develop and deliver highly impactful training sessions, interactive workshops, and rigorous certification programs. These will focus on critical technical areas such as in-depth technical discovery, robust solution validation, meticulous implementation planning, comprehensive migration readiness assessments, and effective executive-level customer communication and facilitation.
- • **Coaching Senior Technical ICs:** Provide expert coaching and guidance to experienced individual contributors within the PSE, SE, and ME ranks. This will involve leading detailed call reviews, analyzing project outcomes, and conducting role-playing exercises to hone their skills in risk management, stakeholder alignment, compelling technical storytelling, and sophisticated customer communication strategies.
- • **Playbooks & Operating Standards:** Systematically codify and maintain essential technical playbooks, structured onboarding paths, and standardized migration operating procedures. These resources must accurately reflect current product capabilities and incorporate valuable real-world learnings from field engagements.
- • **Program Execution & Change Management:** Meticulously plan and execute enablement initiatives from their initial conceptualization through to successful rollout. This requires implementing strong change management principles, ensuring clear and consistent reinforcement of learned behaviors, and maintaining tight alignment with strategic GTM and product development priorities.
- • **Data-Informed Enablement:** Collaborate closely with RevOps and GTM leadership to analyze the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs. Utilize key metrics such as time-to-launch, product adoption rates, migration success rates, and overall customer satisfaction to inform program adjustments and continuous improvement.
- • **Cross-Functional Partnership:** Serve as a trusted and collaborative partner to Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps teams. Your efforts will focus on refining inter-departmental handoffs, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and collectively elevating the technical aspects of the customer experience throughout their lifecycle with Fundraise Up.
