- • As our Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be instrumental in building the engine that drives our growth. Your primary focus will be on recruiting exceptional non-technical talent essential for advancing AI adoption within enterprises. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to designing and executing a hiring strategy that ensures both speed and quality as we scale. You will be a key partner to our Sales, Delivery, Partnerships, and Marketing leadership teams, anticipating future talent needs, defining novel role profiles that are emerging in the dynamic AI market, and assembling the high-performing teams required to meet and exceed customer demand.

- • Key Responsibilities will include:
- • Spearheading the recruitment efforts for Tribe's most critical Go-To-Market (GTM) and Delivery roles. This encompasses sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for positions such as Enterprise Account Executives (AEs), Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, as well as key contributors in Marketing, Partnerships, and Delivery functions.
- • Architecting and implementing a scalable, high-quality hiring engine. This involves establishing structured recruitment processes, developing robust scorecards for candidate evaluation, and creating effective interview frameworks designed to continuously elevate the caliber of talent we attract as the company expands.
- • Owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all non-technical positions. You will be responsible for identifying, meticulously evaluating, and successfully closing exceptional candidates who possess the requisite technical aptitude and consultative skills necessary to excel in the specialized field of applied AI.
- • Cultivating and maintaining robust, sustainable top-of-funnel pipelines. This will involve employing a diverse range of proactive sourcing strategies, including outbound outreach, leveraging employee referrals, engaging at industry events, utilizing content marketing initiatives, and implementing creative research methodologies to identify and attract talent within a rapidly evolving and competitive market.
- • Forging strong, collaborative partnerships with leadership across the organization. You will work closely with GTM and Delivery leaders to define emerging role profiles, accurately forecast future hiring needs, and ensure that our recruiting strategy is tightly aligned with overarching business objectives and priorities.
- • Building for leverage and efficiency. This includes effectively managing external search partners by setting clear expectations and performance standards, as well as identifying and onboarding any additional support required to effectively scale our recruitment operations.
- • Driving operational excellence throughout the entire recruitment funnel. You will be accountable for tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, candidate conversion rates, and quality of hire. Furthermore, you will be expected to proactively identify and implement improvements that support rapid organizational growth without compromising the high quality of talent we seek.
- • About You:
- • You bring a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in recruiting GTM talent, with a proven track record in roles such as Enterprise Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Managers.
- • You have demonstrated success in owning the full-cycle recruiting process from inception to offer acceptance, consistently closing high-caliber candidates.
- • You possess significant experience partnering directly with GTM and Delivery leaders, understanding their strategic needs and translating them into effective recruitment strategies.
- • You have experience managing and collaborating with external recruiting firms, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
- • You exhibit strong communication, exceptional candidate engagement, and adept stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build rapport and influence across all levels of the organization.
- • You operate with high judgment, demonstrate strong operational rigor, and are comfortable navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- • Nice to Have:
- • Experience recruiting technical or hybrid technical talent, particularly within the AI, Machine Learning (ML), or engineering-adjacent domains.
- • Prior experience hiring for services organizations, such as consulting, implementation, or solutions delivery firms.
- • A foundational understanding of the AI landscape and its various applications.
