Our innovative platform empowers developers to deploy voice agents with unparalleled configurability, evidenced by our rapid growth to over 400,000 developers in just 20 months, with thousands joining daily. As a Series B startup with approximately 50 employees, we are experiencing explosive growth, particularly within our Sales team, which is expanding at a remarkable 5x year-over-year rate, serving prominent clients like NYLife and Intuit. This trajectory necessitates significant expansion across Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, as well as General & Administrative (G&A) roles.
• • To fuel this ambitious expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GTM Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Head of Talent or VP of People, will be based in our San Francisco office, with an expectation of onsite presence Tuesdays through Thursdays. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of Vapi by owning the full-cycle recruitment process for all GTM-related positions. This includes identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for roles such as Account Executives (AEs), Sales Leadership, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)/Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Marketing professionals, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Revenue Operations specialists, and Partnership managers.
• • Your responsibilities will extend beyond transactional recruiting; you will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, including the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Marketing leadership, and our founders. Together, you will define comprehensive hiring plans, meticulously craft ideal candidate profiles, and develop innovative, proactive sourcing strategies tailored to the highly competitive AI and SaaS markets. A key focus will be on building and nurturing diverse talent pipelines, ensuring a robust pool of candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs. This proactive approach is crucial for maintaining our competitive edge and scaling our GTM organization effectively and thoughtfully.
• • In this role, you will also play a critical part in refining our interview processes. You will manage and enhance structured interview frameworks to guarantee rigor, promote equity, and expedite the hiring timeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining a high bar for talent. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling offer strategies, adeptly closing top-tier candidates in a challenging market landscape. Your success will be measured not only by the quality of hires but also by your ability to leverage data to meticulously track funnel health, time-to-fill metrics, quality of hire, and overall hiring efficiency. This data-driven approach will inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
• • Beyond direct recruitment, you will contribute significantly to enhancing Vapi's employer brand within the vibrant AI and startup ecosystem. This involves articulating our unique value proposition and fostering a compelling narrative that attracts top talent.
