- • As a Senior Healthcare Customer Service Rep (Patient Solutions Representative II) at R1 RCM Inc., you will serve as a critical liaison between patients and healthcare organizations, ensuring confidential, professional resolution of patient inquiries and concerns to improve the patient experience and financial performance of hospitals and health systems.
- • Day to day, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls, address questions about statements, insurance, billing, and payment plans, utilize EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech, and apply healthcare industry knowledge (HIPAA, CPT, ICD-10, EOBs, etc.) to resolve accounts efficiently with a focus on first-call resolution.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center environment
- • Experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar platforms
- • Background in medical claims, denials, and patient-focused customer service
- • Knowledge of healthcare industry terms including HIPAA, CPT, ICD-10, EOBs, and insurance processes
