This pivotal role is designed for an experienced HR professional who can provide expert HR counsel, strategic coaching, and invaluable thought partnership to leaders and employees across our extensive global operations. Your primary objective will be to drive people strategies that directly support and enable business growth, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a thriving work environment.
- • This is a high-impact, hands-on position that demands a robust understanding of business operations, impeccable judgment, and the agility to navigate a complex, global, and matrixed organizational structure. The ideal candidate will possess deep and comprehensive HRBP experience, demonstrate a strong ability to thrive amidst change, and be genuinely energized by collaborating closely with leaders to effectively scale teams, cultivate a dynamic culture, and ensure an exceptional employee experience.
- • Senior HRBPs at Take-Two play a critical role in shaping the company's performance, nurturing its unique culture, and driving employee engagement. You will achieve this by skillfully balancing the strategic priorities of the business with the needs and experiences of our employees. The successful candidate will embody Take-Two’s core values of kindness, teamwork, and excellence, serving as a trusted and respected advisor to individuals at all levels of the organization.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass serving as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, including Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs). This includes performance management, professional development, employee engagement strategies, optimizing workforce effectiveness, and navigating complex employee relations matters. You will work in close collaboration with the Employee Relations and Legal teams as needed to ensure best practices and compliance.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to lead and execute core HR programs throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This encompasses critical processes such as performance management cycles, annual compensation planning, strategic goal setting, talent review sessions, succession planning initiatives, promotion processes, and the development and implementation of engagement initiatives designed to boost morale and productivity.
- • You will partner closely with business leaders on crucial organizational design projects, strategic workforce planning, and effective change management initiatives. Your contributions will be vital in supporting business transformation efforts and enabling scalable growth across the organization.
- • You will be expected to analyze and interpret various HR data and workforce metrics, including headcount, attrition rates, turnover trends, job architecture frameworks, and compensation data. The insights derived from this analysis will be used to inform strategic decision-making and guide HR initiatives.

You will work closely with our HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Development, People Operations, Benefits, and People Analytics. This partnership ensures the delivery of integrated, high-impact people solutions that are aligned with business needs.
- • You will be a champion for process improvement and operational excellence within the HR function. Your efforts will focus on ensuring that HR programs are scalable, consistently applied, and globally aligned, contributing to a streamlined and efficient HR operation.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a keen awareness of employee sentiment and organizational dynamics. This involves skillfully balancing the need for agility and speed in decision-making with the application of sound HR practices and a thorough understanding of potential risks.
- • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities across various teams and geographies is essential. You will need to demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a relentless focus on achieving desired outcomes in a dynamic environment.
