📋 Description

• As a Senior HR Business Partner at WellTech Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and growth by aligning HR strategy with business objectives across global teams in Ukraine, Cyprus, Poland, the UK, and emerging offices. Your work will directly support the company’s mission to empower millions to build healthy habits through innovative wellness solutions, making your impact tangible in shaping a high-performance, cross-functional culture during rapid scaling.
• Day to day, you will design and implement organizational structures tailored to assigned business functions, craft pragmatic people roadmaps based on team goals, and lead engagement initiatives to strengthen employee experience. You will analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend data-driven improvements, lead HRBP excellence projects, and partner with business leaders on change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during organizational evolution.
• You will operate and lead the full employee lifecycle in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Centers of Excellence, including facilitating performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent assessments. You will coach managers on performance conversations, identify development needs, co-create career plans with employees, and provide expert guidance on engagement, change, and people-related issues while staying current on HR best practices.
• You will support management in team development projects and organizational processes, ensuring effective execution of people initiatives at scale. Through strategic thinking and business acumen, you will align talent strategies with market demands and organizational priorities, leveraging project management skills to deliver HRBP initiatives on time and with measurable impact.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in organizational development, change leadership, and cross-cultural HR practices while influencing senior leaders and contributing to a values-driven culture where growth, results, leadership, and well-being are central. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in related HR domains such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, or HR Operations.
• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian, with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels and regions.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, align talent initiatives with business goals, and apply data analysis and reporting to drive HR decisions and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end people processes including performance management, compensation reviews, talent reviews, learning and development, and change management initiatives.
• Solid understanding of organizational development principles, including culture building, employee engagement, and retention strategies, with experience working in cross-cultural environments.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery of HR initiatives within timelines, and a proactive mindset for recommending improvements to HR policies and practices.
