- • As a Senior HR Business Partner at StarCompliance Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the people strategy for our UK operations, reporting directly to the UK-based Head of Global Human Resources. This pivotal role places you at the forefront of HR leadership within a dynamic, high-growth, private equity-owned technology company, offering a unique opportunity to influence and drive positive change across our UK workforce.
- • You will be the primary HR lead for all UK employees, taking ownership of a comprehensive range of HR functions. This includes the strategic development and implementation of organizational design initiatives, ensuring our structure effectively supports business objectives and fosters a high-performance culture. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our talent.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve championing learning and development opportunities, creating pathways for employee growth and skill enhancement that align with both individual career aspirations and the company's evolving needs. You will also be a key driver of employee engagement, developing and implementing strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment where every employee feels valued and connected.
- • Performance management will be another core responsibility. You will oversee and refine our performance review processes, ensuring they are fair, effective, and contribute to continuous improvement and professional development. Furthermore, you will ensure strict adherence to all UK employment laws and regulations, maintaining robust compliance frameworks and mitigating potential risks.
- • This role is not just about managing existing processes; it's about actively collaborating with global HR counterparts and business leaders to deliver innovative people programs. You will be a trusted advisor to senior management, providing strategic HR insights and solutions that directly support StarCompliance's ambitious growth trajectory and overarching people strategy.
- • The opportunity to shape UK people practices is substantial. You will have the autonomy to adapt global HR frameworks to the specific needs of the UK market, ensuring our policies and practices are both effective and culturally relevant. This hands-on approach allows you to make a tangible impact on the employee experience and the overall success of the business.
- • You will benefit from a supportive and collaborative environment, receiving mentorship and partnership from experienced HR professionals within a global team. This high-growth technology setting provides a stimulating backdrop for professional development, allowing you to expand your HR expertise and contribute to a company at the cutting edge of its industry.
- • Key responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders to understand their talent needs and developing proactive HR solutions. You will manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers to ensure fair and consistent resolution. Talent acquisition and retention strategies will also fall under your purview, working closely with recruitment teams to attract top talent and implement initiatives to retain our valuable employees.
- • You will be responsible for HR data analysis and reporting, providing insights to leadership on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and employee engagement. This data-driven approach will inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of HR programs. Your role will also involve managing HR projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- • Ultimately, as the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a champion for StarCompliance's culture, values, and people. You will foster an environment of trust, respect, and continuous learning, playing a critical role in the company's ongoing success and its commitment to being an employer of choice.
- • This hybrid role offers the flexibility to balance remote work with in-office collaboration, ensuring you can perform at your best while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be an integral part of a forward-thinking HR team, contributing to a global strategy with a significant local impact.
