- ⢠As a Senior HR Business Partner at Dressly by SKELAR, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and business leaders, shaping organizational structure and building high-performing teams in a fast-growing fashion-tech company that has scaled 4x in six months and aims for 5x growth in 2026.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full Employee Lifecycle for your assigned business unit, refining performance cycles, leadership development, feedback systems, succession planning, and organizational design to drive business impact.
- ⢠You will analyze people and team data to inform strategic decisionsānot just run surveysāand cultivate a high-performance culture where ambition, transparency, and accountability coexist with humanity.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠3+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- ⢠Proven ability to manage the Employee Lifecycle as a strategic system, not just coordinate processes
- ⢠Strong skills in building relationships with leaders, communicating persuasively, negotiating win-win outcomes, and using feedback as a tool for improvement
- ⢠Systems thinking: ability to identify patterns beyond individual cases and understand organizational dynamics
- ⢠Results- and purpose-oriented mindset: setting priorities, tracking progress, finding resources, asking āWhat problem are we solving?ā, and meeting deadlines
