  • • You will actively promote a positive, open, and inclusive work environment where all team members feel empowered to voice their concerns, share innovative ideas, and contribute to the collective success of Cytora and Applied.
  • • You will leverage your HR knowledge to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, make insightful suggestions, and offer practical solutions to enhance our people practices and overall employee experience. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be highly valued.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a remote-first environment, providing flexibility while requiring occasional travel to London for key meetings and events. You will be part of a forward-thinking organization that embraces innovation and values its people.
  • • You will also be encouraged to explore and utilize AI tools where appropriate to enhance productivity and impact within your HR functions, staying at the forefront of HR technology.
