- • Senior HR Manager, Global Support at Givebutter Inc. is a high-impact role focused on ensuring consistent, compliant, and empathetic HR operations for the company’s rapidly scaling, globally distributed Support team across Asia, Latin America, and the U.S., directly enabling organizational growth while upholding Givebutter’s mission-driven, people-first culture.
- • Own end-to-end HR operations for global Support team members, including onboarding and off-boarding across multiple time zones, payroll coordination via EOR partners, HRIS data integrity, and compliance management in diverse jurisdictions such as the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and future international locations.
- • Serve as the primary People Team partner for the Support organization, driving consistent communication, documentation, and employee experience while managing employee relations matters in collaboration with People Leadership and escalating complex issues as needed.
- • Lead global people programs by adapting Givebutter’s performance cycles, engagement initiatives, career frameworks, and leadership principles into scalable, culturally sensitive processes for dispersed teams, ensuring value alignment while respecting local norms.
- • Act as the central point of contact for EOR partners (including Deel), maintaining policy consistency, documentation accuracy, and seamless employee support across U.S., PH, PR, MX, and emerging locations, while partnering with Support Leadership on headcount forecasting and workforce planning.
- • Own recruiting operations for all Support roles, including job posting, interview scheduling, resume review, and pipeline management, partnering with hiring managers to design efficient, high-quality candidate experiences and maintain clarity during high-volume hiring cycles.
- • Partner with People Leadership to translate global HR strategies into actionable operational processes, improving structure, consistency, and scalability in high-growth environments while exercising independent judgment and sound judgment amid organizational change.
- • Foster trust and psychological safety across cultures and time zones through clear, empathetic communication, setting boundaries, upholding standards, and supporting teams through periods of scale, shifting expectations, and organizational evolution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7+ years of HR experience with proven expertise supporting globally dispersed teams, including required experience in Asia and preferred experience in South/Central America.
- • Demonstrated success partnering with leaders in high-growth, high-volume operational environments such as Support, CX, or Operations, with ability to drive process improvement and consistency under scale.
- • Strong HR operations toolkit including proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll coordination via EORs (Deel experience a strong nice-to-have), compliance management, documentation, and process design.
