📋 Description

• As a Senior People Business Partner at Jimdo, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with company objectives to drive performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness in a global remote-first environment.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leaders on strategic people planning, organizational design, workforce and succession planning, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and leading engagement and retention initiatives using people analytics and data-driven insights.
• You will join a purpose-driven, profitable remote-first company with over 220 employees from 50+ nationalities across 15+ countries, dedicated to empowering solopreneurs and micro-businesses through an AI-powered platform that simplifies online business success.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in organizational development, leadership coaching, HR analytics, and AI-enhanced HR practices while influencing company-wide people strategy and gaining a clear pathway to broader leadership within the People function.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience
• Experience supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, startup, or scale-up environments
• Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into people initiatives
• Experience using HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record of leveraging AI and technology to improve HR processes and outcomes
