📋 Description

• The Senior Placement Specialist provides advanced expertise in complex placements and acts as a trusted advisor to brokers, sales leadership, and internal stakeholders, driving high-impact solutions and contributing to placement strategy and process development.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the most complex, strategic, or high-risk placements; serving as a subject matter expert on markets, programs, and solutions; advising brokers and sales leaders on optimal placement strategies; designing and presenting sophisticated marketing and solution proposals; guiding resolution of escalated issues and nonstandard scenarios; influencing placement policies, procedures, and best practices; coaching and reviewing work of specialists and associates; and potentially being accountable for delivery of tactical placement goals through the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience (or equivalent)
• Proven expertise in complex, strategic, or high-risk placements
• Ability to serve as a subject matter advisor to brokers and sales leadership
• Experience designing and presenting sophisticated marketing and solution proposals
• Skill in guiding resolution of escalated issues and nonstandard scenarios
• Capacity to coach and review work of specialists and associates
