  • • As a Senior HRIS & People Analytics Manager at livingHR, you will be instrumental in transforming how organizations manage their most valuable asset: their people. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing modernized, human-centric people solutions that enhance employee experiences and drive operational excellence. You will leverage your expertise in HR technology and data analytics to advise clients, implement robust HRIS systems, and develop insightful people analytics dashboards. Your work will directly contribute to improving workplace experiences, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and ensuring clients achieve their key performance indicators, such as employee satisfaction, retention, and talent acquisition efficiency.   • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of HR and technology-focused activities. You will lead comprehensive HR tech projects from inception to completion, including defining project strategy, meticulously gathering requirements, guiding vendor selection processes, and overseeing the entire implementation lifecycle. This involves configuring systems, managing integrations, conducting thorough user acceptance testing, and developing effective training programs for client teams. A key aspect of your role will be driving user adoption through strategic change management initiatives, clear communication plans, and continuous system optimization. You will also be responsible for drafting and administering client surveys to gather critical data for project needs and objectives. This includes building surveys within chosen tools, managing communication for survey deployment, constructing comprehensive results dashboards, and providing regular updates to the delivery team. Furthermore, you will build, manage, and analyze sophisticated survey dashboards using powerful tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms, translating complex data into actionable insights. You will contribute to livingHR’s core practice areas, including Org Design and Workforce Planning, People Operations and Core HR, HR Tech Selection and Implementation, Total Rewards and Compensation, Strategy (M&A, Business Strategy, People Strategy), Performance Management / Learning and Development, and DEIB. Your project work will focus on delivery excellence, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals, and maintaining project profitability. You will also be tasked with applying project management skills to ensure accurate reporting, effective communication, and successful project outcomes, including tracking billable work and maintaining project management software and CRM data.

You will also serve as a key advisor to client executives, providing expert guidance on critical areas such as organizational design, talent management, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
