📋 Description

  • • As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Beghou Consulting Group LLC, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives to support the company’s mission of empowering life sciences organizations through data-driven commercialization solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across global offices, ensuring talent strategies directly contribute to organizational performance, innovation, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • • You will partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that support business growth, including workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and succession planning, while fostering a culture of inclusion, continuous learning, and high performance aligned with Beghou’s values of analytical rigor and innovative technology application.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, you will act as the primary HR consultant for assigned business units, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation strategies, ensuring consistency and fairness while adapting solutions to regional and functional needs.
  • • You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for critical roles in partnership with hiring managers, leveraging data-informed sourcing strategies, assessing candidate fit through behavioral and competency-based interviews, and driving offer negotiations to secure top talent in competitive markets such as life sciences consulting, data analytics, and technology implementation.
  • • You will design and facilitate learning and development programs tailored to the evolving needs of consultants and analysts, including leadership development, technical upskilling in areas like AI and healthcare data systems, and change management training to support project delivery excellence.
  • • You will analyze HR metrics—including turnover, engagement, time-to-hire, and internal mobility—to identify trends, diagnose organizational health, and recommend data-backed interventions that improve retention, productivity, and employee experience across Beghou’s 10 global offices.
  • • You will champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives by partnering with ERGs, auditing HR practices for bias, and advising leaders on inclusive hiring, promotion, and development practices that reflect the diverse patient populations Beghou’s clients serve.
  • • You will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions (including NY, IL, and international locations), maintaining accurate HR records, overseeing audit readiness, and partnering with legal and finance teams to mitigate risk.
  • • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) by evaluating tools, gathering user feedback, and leading optimization projects that enhance efficiency and employee self-service capabilities.
  • • You will mentor and guide junior HR professionals and HR coordinators, fostering their growth in strategic HRBP competencies and building HR capability within the team.
  • • The HR team at Beghou operates as a strategic enabler of the firm’s growth, working closely with leaders in Evanston, New York, and other global offices to ensure people strategies are as innovative and data-driven as the solutions we deliver to clients in the life sciences sector.
  • • Beghou’s culture blends deep analytical expertise with entrepreneurial agility—you will thrive in an environment where curiosity is rewarded, collaboration is expected, and your HR expertise directly supports the advancement of healthcare through better commercialization of life-saving therapies.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced strategic HRBP skills in a niche industry context, gaining deep exposure to the intersection of talent strategy, healthcare innovation, and technology-enabled consulting—positioning you as a leader in HR for knowledge-intensive, project-based professional services firms.
  • • You will have the opportunity to influence Beghou’s long-term talent architecture, shaping how the firm attracts, develops, and retains the analytical and technical talent needed to solve complex commercialization challenges for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role within professional services, consulting, or technology-driven industries.
  • • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent strategy in matrixed, global organizations.
  • • Strong background in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR analytics, with demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • • Experience designing and implementing learning and development programs, preferably in technical or analytical fields such as data science, healthcare analytics, or consulting methodologies.
  • • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and ATS tools; experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
  • • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions (US federal, NY, IL, and ideally international locations) is required.
