- ⢠As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Lambda Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining the people function for a fast-growing AI cloud infrastructure leader, ensuring HR operations are scalable, compliant, and aligned with the companyâs mission to democratize superintelligence through accessible GPU compute.
- ⢠You will serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers across the organization, driving cultural reinforcement, policy integrity, and seamless HR service delivery while supporting Lambdaâs rapid scaling in a high-impact, technology-driven environment.
- ⢠Champion and actively reinforce Lambdaâs culture, mission, purpose, and values across the organization, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR matters, fostering engagement and alignment with the companyâs vision of making compute as ubiquitous as electricity.
- ⢠Establish, evolve, and enforce company policies in partnership with HR and legal teams, ensuring they reflect business needs, comply with federal and state regulations, and incorporate industry best practices for a scalable, tech-forward workplace.
- ⢠Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of core HR systems including Workday (HRIS) and ADP (payroll), ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and a positive user experience through regular audits, user training, and system enhancements.
- ⢠Maintain the accuracy, security, and scalability of employee data across HRIS, shared drives, and knowledge management tools, acting as a data steward to support reporting, compliance, and operational decision-making.
- ⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR, benefits, leave, and policy matters, utilizing ticketing systems and shared channels to provide timely, empathetic, and accurate resolutions while escalating complex issues as needed.
- ⢠Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance efforts, including annual filings (e.g., EEO-1, VETS-4212), regulatory reporting, and employee communications, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy in documentation.
- ⢠Act as the HR Operations lead for internal and external audits such as SOC 2 Type I & II and ISO 27001, maintaining audit-ready documentation, responding to auditor requests, and driving continuous improvement in controls and processes.
- ⢠Perform additional duties as assigned with ownership and autonomy, adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced startup environment while contributing to HR process innovation and operational excellence.

- ⢠Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent experience (1 year of work experience for every school year)
- ⢠5+ years of experience in HR Operations roles
- ⢠Fluency in Workday, ADP, JIRA, and Google Workspace
- ⢠Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- ⢠Ability to maintain high integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information
- ⢠Proficiency in establishing, implementing, and enforcing company policies
- ⢠Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- ⢠Experience navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to change in a fast-paced environment
- ⢠Prior experience in the technology industry
- ⢠Start-up and/or remote work environment experience
