• • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of critical functions:
• • **Immigration Case Work:** You will meticulously prepare and manage highly skilled U.S. immigration cases from initiation to completion, with a primary focus on O-1 visas, EB-1 petitions, and EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIWs). This involves the precise drafting, organization, and rigorous quality-checking of all petition materials, evidence packets, and supporting documentation. You will maintain a keen eye on timelines, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring absolute precision in case progression. Furthermore, you will exercise sound legal judgment and know when to appropriately escalate complex legal questions to our legal team.
• • **Product Thinking & Tooling Input:** A key aspect of this role is identifying recurring patterns, potential bottlenecks, and critical failure points within our existing immigration workflows. You will provide structured, actionable feedback to our product and engineering teams, contributing to enhancements in areas such as intake flows, document generation and review processes, evidence organization strategies, and case tracking and client visibility mechanisms. You will also actively participate in testing new technologies and product features to ensure their efficacy and user-friendliness.
