📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS implementations for medium-to-large local government clients, guiding them from contract signature to go-live and beyond. You will be the single point of accountability for every detail that turns a signed agreement into a thriving, high-value partnership.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans that balance speed, scope, and risk. Translate complex municipal workflows into phased roll-outs, clear milestones, and resource-loaded schedules that keep cross-functional teams aligned and clients confident.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions. Translate legal statutes, union rules, and legacy system quirks into crisp user stories that engineering and product teams can execute against.
• Architect tailored solutions on the Escribe platform that respect the unique governance, compliance, and citizen-service mandates of each jurisdiction. Decide when to configure, when to customize, and when to recommend process change—always optimizing for long-term maintainability and client ROI.
• Lead data-migration strategy end-to-end: audit legacy datasets, design extraction-transform-load (ETL) scripts, coordinate validation cycles, and sign off on data integrity before go-live. You’ll manage cut-over windows that often span weekends and require zero tolerance for error.
• Orchestrate integrations with ERP, CRM, permitting, taxation, and third-party citizen-facing portals. Work hand-in-hand with client IT teams, external vendors, and Escribe’s APIs to ensure real-time or batch data flows meet security, privacy, and performance standards.
• Design and deliver role-based training for city clerks, department heads, union representatives, and elected officials. Create quick-reference guides, e-learning modules, and train-the-trainer programs that scale knowledge across hundreds of end users.
• Drive proactive change-management initiatives: craft communication plans, identify change champions, and surface adoption risks early. Use surveys, focus groups, and analytics to measure sentiment and iterate on enablement tactics.
• Serve as the client’s strategic advisor post go-live, monitoring adoption metrics, surfacing expansion opportunities, and feeding product enhancements back to internal teams. Your success is measured by on-time delivery, referenceable clients, and net-revenue retention.
• Mentor junior consultants and project coordinators, sharing playbooks, templates, and lessons learned. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Escribe’s implementation methodology, tools, and accelerators.
• Operate fully remote while maintaining Eastern-time-zone availability for client calls, internal stand-ups, and occasional on-site visits to city halls or county offices. Travel is estimated at 10–15% for key milestones such as discovery workshops and go-live celebrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex SaaS implementations for enterprise or public-sector clients, ideally within local government or highly regulated industries
• Demonstrated success delivering multiple concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $250K and stakeholder groups of 25+ users
• Advanced proficiency in project-management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or hybrid) and tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
• Strong data-migration and integration experience including SQL, REST APIs, ETL tools, and familiarity with legacy systems common in municipal IT stacks
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills—comfortable presenting to city councils, writing technical specs, and negotiating scope with vendor partners
