📋 Description

• As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Deel, you will be at the forefront of transforming how global businesses operate, spearheading the successful deployment of our comprehensive payroll and HR platform for enterprise clients. • You will be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout their implementation journey, from initial onboarding to full system adoption. This involves deeply understanding their unique business challenges, global HR and payroll complexities, and strategic objectives. By leveraging this understanding, you will architect and guide the implementation of customized Deel solutions that directly address these needs and align with their long-term vision.
• A key aspect of your role will be to lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle. This includes meticulous planning, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within scope. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects, requiring a proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with a diverse range of internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support, to ensure a cohesive and efficient client experience. Your ability to coordinate these cross-functional efforts will be critical to overcoming obstacles and driving project success.
• You will be expected to provide expert technical guidance and hands-on support. This includes conducting system configurations, managing data migrations from legacy systems, and facilitating integrations with other critical business applications. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client data and system setups is paramount.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential. You will engage with senior client stakeholders, including HR leaders, Finance executives, and IT departments, to manage expectations, communicate progress, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Deel's platform and services.
• A significant part of empowering clients involves comprehensive training. You will develop and deliver tailored training materials and sessions, equipping client teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize Deel's powerful features and functionalities.
• Proactive identification and resolution of technical issues are crucial. You will act as a trusted advisor, troubleshooting challenges that arise during implementation and escalating complex problems to relevant internal teams when necessary, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
• You will be responsible for meticulously tracking and reporting on implementation progress. This involves providing regular, transparent updates to both clients and Deel's senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, potential risks, and next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation consulting or project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role, specifically managing complex, enterprise-level software implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering end-to-end implementation projects, demonstrating strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in system configurations, data migrations, and API integrations, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology-driven company, understanding the nuances of scaling operations and client success.
