- • As a Senior Implementation & Engagement Manager at Ascertain, you will lead post-sale success and retention efforts for the company’s most important healthcare partners, ensuring AI-driven administrative automation delivers measurable value and operational clarity.
- • You will own end-to-end customer success after the initial sale, including overseeing pilot delivery, driving change management and adoption, managing deployments from planning through go-live and early adoption, and developing scalable onboarding, training, and support frameworks for future products.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Ascertain, a healthcare AI startup backed by Northwell Health and Deerfield Management, focused on restoring time and trust to care teams by automating burdensome administrative work in major health systems and specialty groups.
- • In this role, you will develop partner success strategies, build repeatable SOPs and playbooks, leverage KPIs to demonstrate ROI, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless adoption and expansion of Ascertain’s offerings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare, including provider, payer, or healthcare technology environments
- • 4+ years of experience leading healthcare IT or SaaS implementations with direct ownership of delivery
- • Proven track record scaling complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and delivering quantifiable results
- • Exposure to customer-support workflows and tools to bridge implementation and ongoing support
- • Previous startup experience preferred
