- • As a Senior Implementation Engineer at Neuron7.ai, you will work at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer delivery, building and deploying Python-based backend solutions that power the company’s AI-driven resolution platform for enterprise clients.
- • You will develop and maintain Python-based services, APIs, and integration layers; build data ingestion and transformation pipelines; implement customer-specific logic and automations; and integrate internal ML pipelines, LLM components, and retrieval systems into customer environments.
- • You will collaborate with Customer Success, ML, Backend Engineering, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, robust integrations, and high-quality deployments, while owning end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise accounts and mentoring junior team members.

- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience deploying AI/ML/NLP features in production, strengthen your expertise in scalable backend systems, and contribute to internal tooling and automation while working on high-impact enterprise implementations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Python development
- • Strong understanding of backend fundamentals, microservices, and distributed systems
- • Experience working with APIs, web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django), and RESTful architectures
- • Hands-on experience with relational & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
