- • As a Senior Implementation Manager at Rain Technologies, you will play a critical role in integrating enterprise clients into the platform, ensuring seamless onboarding and driving adoption of Rain’s payment infrastructure that enables stablecoins to be used in real-world transactions like card payments, cross-border transfers, and B2B purchases.
- • Day to day, you will facilitate client integrations, collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, analyze onboarding metrics, train CSMs and Product Analysts on best practices, design onboarding workflows, provide data-driven insights to improve user experience, define business requirements with CSMs, and use analytics tools to track and report onboarding success to stakeholders.
