  • • The Senior Implementation Manager at Alight, Inc. leads the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and timely client implementation projects across health, wealth, wellbeing, navigation, and absence management solutions, directly contributing to Alight’s mission of building a healthier and more financially secure workforce.
  • • Day to day, the role involves managing concurrent client implementation projects and a team of technical experts, developing project plans and risk mitigation strategies, collaborating with clients to map out projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards, providing coaching and mentoring to team members, and continuously developing health domain knowledge to stay current with industry changes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • • 5+ years of project management experience required
  • • Implementation configuration and quality assurance experience required
  • • Knowledge of Health and Benefits Administration required
  • • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
