• • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around leading the entire lifecycle of implementations for Virta's largest and most strategic partners, including major health plans. You will serve as the primary operational point of contact throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to full program activation. A key aspect of your role will involve translating complex client objectives and strategic goals into actionable, detailed project plans. This includes defining clear timelines, identifying critical deliverables, and meticulously driving the execution of these plans across a variety of internal Virta teams (such as product, engineering, clinical, and operations) and external partner stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing all technical and operational requirements necessary for a successful launch. This encompasses a wide range of activities, including the validation of member eligibility to ensure only the intended population can access the program, the intricate workflows for data integration between Virta's systems and partner platforms, ensuring marketing and communication readiness to effectively introduce Virta to the partner's audience, and the precise configuration of the Virta platform to meet the specific needs of each partner. Your proactive approach will be crucial in identifying potential risks and roadblocks early in the implementation process. You will be adept at troubleshooting complex issues as they arise, employing a systematic and data-driven approach to find resolutions and ensure that all launches remain firmly on track and meet their scheduled deadlines. Furthermore, you will be a key contributor to Virta's ongoing commitment to operational excellence. This involves actively participating in the refinement and improvement of our existing implementation processes, developing and enhancing the tools we use to manage these projects, and contributing to the creation and updating of partner playbooks that standardize best practices and accelerate future implementations.
