- • As a Senior Instructional Designer at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s talent development strategy by designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that directly support business objectives and employee performance. Your work will ensure that legal professionals and staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in a complex, evolving industry.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to analyze learning needs, design curricula, and develop engaging training content across modalities including eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and microlearning formats. You will author storyboards, scripts, and assessments using Articulate Rise and Storyline, produce and edit video content with tools like Camtasia and Synthesia, and create job aids and toolkits that reinforce learning and drive behavior change.
- • You will partner with the Talent Development team and cross-functional stakeholders to support enterprise initiatives such as onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and performance management, ensuring learning solutions are scalable, globally consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
- • You will manage the full lifecycle of learning assets—from needs analysis and design to deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement—using data and feedback to refine content and enhance learning outcomes over time.
- • You will curate and organize learning content in knowledge repositories, apply adult learning principles to maximize engagement and relevance, and leverage AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate content development while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- • You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning by measuring the effectiveness of training programs, identifying performance gaps, and recommending innovative solutions that go beyond traditional training when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- • 3 to 7 years of instructional design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of eLearning authoring tools, particularly Articulate Rise and Storyline, and experience designing across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended, microlearning).
- • Proficiency in video design and editing using platforms such as Camtasia or Synthesia, including responsible use of AI-enabled tools to enhance content development and personalization.
