📋 Description

• As a Senior IT Administrator at Vay, you will play a central role in keeping internal systems running smoothly across all departments, enabling company-wide productivity during a high-growth phase. This role is critical to supporting Vay’s mission of replacing private car ownership with a faster, cleaner, door-to-door mobility model using remote-driving technology on real public streets.
• You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software; manage internal network services and core technology tools; administer user accounts in Google Workspace and Atlassian products; automate internal IT processes; provide helpdesk support; and maintain and improve IT documentation and policies for clarity and accessibility.
• Vay is a fast-growing mobility technology company backed by Grab Holdings Inc., live in Las Vegas and scaling rapidly across the US and Europe. The company operates one of the largest commercial driverless fleets in the Western World and partners with industry leaders like Kodiak to expand remote-driving technology into heavy-duty vehicles.
• In this role, you will gain deep experience managing enterprise IT environments in a high-impact, innovative setting. You will have the opportunity to shape IT operations, improve efficiency through automation, and support cutting-edge mobility technology while collaborating with a diverse, high-performing global team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in IT administration or helpdesk roles
• Experience managing Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience automating processes or improving IT tooling
• Scripting or programming experience (nice to have)
