  • • Serve as the top-tier technical expert responsible for resolving complex issues across endpoints, identity systems, networks, and core business applications, with a focus on documenting root causes and implementing scalable, repeatable solutions.
  • • Maintain strict adherence to data security and compliance standards across all IT operations, applying principles such as MFA, least-privilege access, and HIPAA awareness to ensure all records—including tickets, asset logs, and change controls—are audit-ready.
  • • Mentor and guide junior IT support staff, providing hands-on coaching during high-volume periods and stepping in to resolve frontline issues to ensure service continuity.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with departments such as People/HR to optimize user lifecycle workflows, including automating onboarding and offboarding processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • • Proactively identify and drive process improvements by analyzing support KPIs, refining standard operating procedures (SOPs), and creating or updating knowledge articles to reduce ticket recurrence and improve team scalability.
  • • Operate within core business hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PT, with availability for occasional after-hours support to address priority incidents impacting clinical or operational workflows.
  • • Diagnose technical issues using a hypothesis-driven approach across multiple layers: client devices (Mac/Windows), network infrastructure (HTTP/DNS), authentication systems (SSO, SAML, OAuth), and cloud-based business applications.
  • • Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance in a SaaS/cloud-first environment by managing identity and access controls, monitoring system configurations, and enforcing security policies across all employee endpoints.
  • • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all IT changes, asset inventories, and incident resolutions to support internal reviews and external regulatory requirements.
  • • Champion a servant-leadership mindset by actively supporting employees across all teams, never hesitating to engage in hands-on troubleshooting, even for low-level issues, to ensure a reliable and secure technology experience.
  • • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand their technology needs, ensuring IT solutions align with patient care workflows and data privacy requirements.
  • • Remain current on evolving enterprise IT tools, security threats, and compliance standards in the digital health space to continuously improve support delivery and system integrity.
  • • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of a fast-growing, fully remote healthcare technology organization operating in all 50 states.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–8+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or service desk leadership within a SaaS/cloud-first environment
  • • Proven leadership skills, including mentoring junior staff and cross-functional partnership experience, particularly with People/HR on user lifecycle workflows
  • • Strong technical diagnostic skills with a hypothesis-driven approach, capable of isolating issues across client, network, authentication, service, and data layers
  • • Deep understanding of enterprise environments (Mac/Windows), networking (HTTP/DNS), security principles (SSO, SAML, OAuth, HIPAA awareness), and CLI fluency
  • • Experience in process improvement and governance, including change/control practices, maintaining audit-ready artifacts, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement
  • • Must be available for core hours: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PT, with occasional after-hours support for priority incidents
