- • As a Senior IT System Administrator at Loveholidays.com Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of critical IT infrastructure across multiple global locations, directly supporting 400+ employees and enabling the company’s mission to deliver exceptional holiday experiences through technological excellence and reliability.
- • Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high availability, security, and performance of core systems including Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, Jamf Pro, CRM, telecoms, and networking infrastructure, while serving as a key escalation point for complex technical issues across the UK, Ireland, Dusseldorf, and outsourced call centres in India and South Africa.
- • You will join a lean, high-impact technical team of five, reporting directly to the Senior Business IT Manager, where your contributions will directly influence operational stability, user productivity, and the scalability of IT services as Loveholidays expands across Europe.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include administering and supporting a multi-platform estate spanning Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, and Jamf Pro; building, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-scale CRM and telecoms systems; serving as the primary network issue contact collaborating with senior teams to resolve incidents and conduct maintenance across sites.
- • You will lead the setup, support, and break-fix of AV systems for large events and manage 20 Google Meeting rooms; oversee ticket queues in Freshservice to ensure SLA compliance; manage weekly joiner and leaver processes including account provisioning and deactivation; provide onsite and remote support to UK, Ireland, and Dusseldorf offices; and deliver technical projects aligned with quarterly business key results.
- • Your skillset must include 7+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or Administrator, a technical degree or industry-recognised certifications, and strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Azure, Jamf Pro, macOS and Windows in enterprise environments, networking (Palo Alto, Aruba, Meraki), Gemini and Claude AI tools, n8n workflow automation, iOS/Android device management, and Crowdstrike endpoint security.
- • You must demonstrate a strong focus on IT security, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, flexibility to work outside standard hours for projects or emergencies, and willingness to participate in a weekend on-call rota (remote).
- • Desirable qualifications include AV engineering experience (setup and support), hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Aruba switches/access points, and proven Google Workspace Administrator experience in an enterprise setting.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or Administrator
- • Degree in a technical subject or industry-standard certifications
- • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, and Jamf Pro in enterprise environments
- • Strong working knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems in enterprise settings
- • Strong working knowledge of networking technologies including Palo Alto, Aruba, and Meraki
- • Experience managing Gemini and Claude AI tools in an enterprise environment
- • Working knowledge of n8n workflow automation in enterprise contexts
- • Proficiency in iOS and Android device management and support
- • Experience with Crowdstrike endpoint security solutions
- • Demonstrated focus on IT security best practices
- • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
- • Flexibility to work outside standard hours for projects or emergencies
- • Willingness to participate in a weekend on-call rota (remote)
