📋 Description

• • As a Senior Java Software Engineer in Product R&D, Innovation & Ownership at CSG Systems International, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing features for the CSG Quote & Order platform, a cutting-edge CPQ and order management solution serving Banking and Financial Services clients globally.
• • Day to day, you will champion clean, efficient code through thoughtful PR feedback, mentor and inspire teammates by sharing expertise, collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer needs into user-friendly features, take ownership of system performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and evaluate emerging tools and frameworks to drive innovation and productivity.
• • You will join a collaborative, high-performing team within CSG’s Banking and Financial Services vertical that values diversity, continuous learning, and innovation, working on a modern SaaS platform used by world-recognizable brands to solve complex business challenges.
