📋 Description
- • As Senior Lead, Customer Success Training at Jane Technologies, you will lead and develop a team of trainers while actively contributing to training delivery, shaping how Support team members grow and succeed in their roles.
- • Day to day, you will lead the onboarding of new Support team members, design and deliver product training programs, support cross-functional teams with deep product knowledge, and use data and learner feedback to continuously improve training content and effectiveness.
- • You will join Jane’s Customer Success Operations team, the engine behind one of the most celebrated support experiences in healthcare tech, working at the intersection of technology, people, and purpose to enable human-centered support at scale.
- • In this role, you will grow as a leader and instructional designer, drive innovation in learning through AI and emerging tools, and help evolve Jane’s people development strategy as the company scales, making a lasting impact on team confidence and customer outcomes.
