📋 Description

• As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Airalo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how teams experience work across a fully distributed global organization, directly contributing to employee growth, engagement, and performance in alignment with the company’s mission to make travel easier for millions.
• Day to day, you will design, develop, and deliver learning programs—including onboarding, leadership development, and skills training—collaborate with leaders worldwide to identify development needs, facilitate workshops (virtual and asynchronous), measure learning impact, and continuously improve people processes through data-informed insights.
• You will join Airalo’s fully remote People team, a values-driven group grounded in empathy, ownership, innovation, trust, growth, and customer-first principles, where automation of routine tasks enables focus on meaningful culture-building and human-centered initiatives.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and organizational development while gaining exposure to global HR practices in a fast-scaling tech environment, with opportunities to innovate, lead cross-functional projects, and see the tangible impact of your work on employee experience and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering learning and development programs in a corporate or tech environment
• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading virtual and asynchronous training sessions for diverse, global audiences
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
• Ability to analyze learning needs and measure program effectiveness using data and feedback
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with leaders and teams across time zones
• Experience creating inclusive, engaging, and culturally sensitive learning content
