📋 Description

• The Senior Lease Abstractor (Abstractor IV) is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for executing complex lease abstraction work with high accuracy, efficiency, and judgment, serving as a subject matter expert to ensure client deliverables meet defined standards.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed lease abstraction, supporting quality assurance initiatives, mentoring junior team members, identifying process improvement opportunities, and maintaining consistency across abstraction outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in lease abstraction with a strong understanding of commercial real estate lease terms and documentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy and efficiency in complex abstraction tasks
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members and contributing to team knowledge sharing
• Strong analytical and judgment skills to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Proficiency with abstraction tools and systems, and ability to adapt to evolving standards and client requirements
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in deliverables
