📋 Description
- • As the Senior Manager, Asset Protection - US East, you will play a critical role within the North America Retail team by supporting employees and business operations in all aspects of risk and loss mitigation.
- • You will lead the execution of Asset Protection best practices, policies, and programs within your assigned coverage area, working closely with retail store, field, and corporate leaders to identify opportunities, align on priorities, and establish consistent ways of working.
- • You will manage and maintain physical security, shrink mitigation, and case management programs in support of broader regional and global strategy, and serve as the primary point of contact for all physical risk incidents and emergencies within your assigned area.
- • You will support teams through the crisis response framework and contribute to improving the consumer and employee experience while mitigating risks through tools, policies, and awareness.
- • The Asset Protection and Resilience team operates across Retail, eCommerce, Corporate Offices, and Supply Chain to ensure the safety and security of all Arc’teryx assets, working closely with every function of the broader organization.
- • This role can be hired remotely, with business operations occurring on PST time zone.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or risk management within a retail or corporate environment.
- • Strong ability to lead and execute asset protection policies, programs, and best practices across multiple locations.
- • Experience managing physical security, shrink mitigation, and case management programs.
- • Demonstrated skill in collaborating with retail, field, and corporate leaders to align on risk mitigation priorities.
- • Ability to serve as primary point of contact for physical risk incidents and emergencies and support crisis response efforts.
