• • As the Senior Manager of Business Development at 1Password, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in Austin, TX, driving balanced inbound and outbound lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline and develop future sales talent.
• • Day to day, you will guide and coach BDRs on prospecting, conduct performance reviews, optimize lead generation processes, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, and foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
