- • As a Senior Manager, Business Development (AMER) at X-Bow Systems Inc., you will lead and scale the outbound business development representative (BDR) function to drive predictable, high-quality pipeline for the sales organization in a mission-driven cybersecurity startup.
- • Day to day, you will hire, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing BDRs; own pipeline generation; define and refine outbound strategy including ICPs, segmentation, messaging, and campaign design; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Account Executives; establish and improve processes, metrics, and tooling; provide ongoing coaching and feedback; engage in field prospecting and deal support; translate team learnings into GTM insights; and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
