- • The Senior Manager, Business Operations at Medallion Inc. is a strategic, systems-minded operator responsible for owning high-leverage operational problems and driving productivity and quality gains across the Payer Enrollment business, with expansion into broader operational opportunities over time.
- • Day to day, the role involves running the business by owning end-to-end outcomes, leading onshore and offshore operating teams, setting goals, managing performance rhythms, serving as the primary operational point of contact for stakeholders, and resolving escalations with speed and professionalism.

- • In this role, the person will learn to diagnose operational complexity, build structure around ambiguity, drive cross-functional solutions, translate workflows into automation opportunities with engineering and product, and create scalable playbooks that compound operational leverage across the business.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in strategy & operations, bizops, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous operational environment
- • 2+ years managing teams, including performance management, goal-setting, and team development
- • Demonstrated ability to diagnose operational problems, build structure around ambiguity, and drive cross-functional solutions
- • Strong analytical instincts – comfortable owning a KPI dashboard, spotting trends, and building the case for process change
- • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to run client calls and write crisp executive summaries
- • Experience working with operational tooling (e.g. Airtable, Google Workspace) and comfort picking up new systems quickly
- • Curiosity and speed-to-competence in a new domain – able to learn Payer Enrollment thoroughly within 90 days
