You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and resilience of our core workflows, particularly those related to Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) filing, as our company experiences significant growth.
• • As the Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will assume comprehensive ownership of our upstream operational processes. This includes meticulously overseeing throughput, implementing rigorous quality assurance measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your primary objective will be to identify and systematically address operational bottlenecks, proactively implementing durable and scalable solutions that enhance overall performance. This involves a deep dive into our existing workflows, from initial IDR filing through to downstream fulfillment, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing friction points.
• • A key aspect of this role involves designing and optimizing processes that can effectively scale to accommodate increasing volumes without compromising accuracy or quality. You will be responsible for reducing rework by developing clear documentation, implementing effective tooling, and architecting robust system designs. This proactive approach to process engineering will be critical in maintaining operational integrity as Pivotal Health expands its reach and client base.
• • You will also play a crucial role in leading and developing a growing team of analysts. This includes setting clear performance expectations, providing consistent coaching and mentorship, and fostering a collaborative culture that emphasizes accountability and continuous learning.
