- • The Role:
- • We are actively seeking a highly organized and creatively inclined "This Month’s Craft Assistant" to provide comprehensive support to the Brand Manager in the strategic operation and expansion of our "This Month’s Craft" subscription brand. This is an immersive, hands-on position that harmoniously integrates creative endeavors with structured execution. Your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous preparation of monthly craft projects, the creation of engaging photographic and video content, the coordination of supplier relationships, the meticulous organization of project timelines, and the transformation of innovative concepts into tangible realities.
- • You will not merely be tasked with executing assignments; you will be an active participant in conceptualizing and implementing strategies to enhance the brand's appeal, engagement, and overall customer delight. You will serve as the Brand Manager’s indispensable right hand, contributing to both the creative vision and the operational efficiency of the brand.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Creative & Product Support:
- • Meticulously prepare and rigorously test each monthly craft project by personally assembling them to ensure clarity, feasibility, and an exceptional end-user experience.
- • Produce high-quality, yet simple, photographs and short, engaging videos showcasing the craft projects. This content will be utilized for internal review, marketing collateral, and direct customer communication, ensuring a visually appealing and informative presentation.
- • Actively contribute to the enhancement of how craft projects are presented and experienced by our customers, focusing on improving unboxing, assembly, and final product enjoyment.
- • Execution & Organization:
- • Translate abstract ideas into concrete, actionable plans, clearly defining tasks, establishing realistic timelines, and prioritizing efforts to maximize efficiency and impact.
- • Diligently track project progress, monitor adherence to deadlines, and identify critical dependencies. Proactively flag potential risks or delays to the Brand Manager, enabling timely intervention and mitigation strategies.
- • Maintain the accuracy and organization of all product data, project timelines, and essential documentation, ensuring a reliable single source of truth for the team.
- • Supplier & Operations Coordination:
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing communications regarding pricing, order placement, delivery schedules, and any necessary adjustments.
- • Precisely track inventory quantities and delivery timelines, ensuring a seamless flow of materials and components required for project fulfillment.
- • Ensure the timely and accurate arrival of all materials and finished goods, coordinating logistics to prevent disruptions and maintain project momentum.
- • Customer Feedback & Improvement:
- • Systematically collect and synthesize customer feedback, reviews, and testimonials to identify trends, areas of success, and opportunities for enhancement.
- • Share key insights derived from customer feedback with the Brand Manager, providing data-driven recommendations for product and process improvements.
- • Propose innovative ideas and strategies to elevate the "This Month’s Craft" brand, making it more engaging, valuable, and consistently delightful for our subscriber base.
- • Team Support:
- • Provide flexible and proactive assistance to the Brand Manager on any tasks or projects required to advance brand initiatives and objectives.
- • Support the customer service team by furnishing accurate and up-to-date product information and process details, ensuring consistent and reliable customer support.
- • Maintain and update internal documentation, operational guidelines, and instructional materials, ensuring that all team members have access to current and relevant information.
